Free Delivery - UK Mainland
If you spend £100 or more, we offer a fantastic FREE delivery service. (*Your delivery address must be based in UK mainland to qualify for free delivery, this excludes Channel Islands, Islands of Scotland and Highlands). Orders sent on a Free Delivery service will arrive within 10 working days. For more information on this service click here
Standard Delivery - UK Mainland
Using our Standard Delivery service, your order should be with you within 3-4 working days from placing your order (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Next Day Delivery - UK Mainland
We will dispatch your order the same day if you place your order before 11am (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Next day orders must be placed before 11am to guarantee this service and the delivery address must be UK mainland*. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday only so if an order is placed after 11am on a Thursday it will be delivered the following Monday. Items must show 'In Stock' status.

Non-UK Mainland/Europe/Worldwide Deliveries
On the Checkout page, select your delivery country from the drop-down. The shipping methods will then adjust to show your delivery options and prices.

Orders delivered to countries outside of the EU will have VAT deducted at the checkout once the full delivery address has been entered. For the Channel Islands, please ensure you choose Jersey or Guernsey and not the United Kingdom in the country field. Please note - VAT will not be deducted from delivery cost.
When do you dispatch?
We aim to dispatch all items with an ‘In stock’ status on the day of purchase if placed before 11am. If your item has a status of ‘Available within 10 days’ this item will be on order with our trusted suppliers and will be shipped as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
If your item is on special order from a supplier then we will be in contact to let you know if this incurs any delay in your prefered delivery chosen during original purchase.
Orders will not be dispatched during weekends or public holidays.
Who will my order be delivered by? And how can I track it?
We use Parcel Force for all our deliveries, who provide a quick and reliable service. If you are not in when delivery is attempted Parcel Force will retry and if you are still not in they will deliver to your nearest Royal Mail Depot making it convenient for you to collect whenever suits you.
Once your order has left our warehouse we will send you a confirmation email which contains your tracking number to follow your parcels progress. After your parcel has been collected by Parcel Force and arrived at the sorting depot you will also receive a tracking email from Parcel Force with further tracking information.
If you do not receive a tracking email you can simply log into your account to see the status of your order and retrieve your tracking number if your order has been sent.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, if you are local to us then you are able to collect from our warehouse in Sayers Common for free, just select ‘collection’ when selecting your delivery option at checkout. For more information on collections click here
Please note that we no longer have a shop so orders must be placed and paid for before visiting the warehouse.
Please note that some items are recommended to be sent on a pallet such as fridges and cookers. This is due to high rate of damages by standard delivery. Our customer care team will contact you when items exceed the weight limit or items that are considered at a high risk of damage. You have the right to refuse a pallet upgrade and continue with standard delivery, however you will be liable for any damage that may be incurred during delivery. We will always add extra packaging no matter what method of transport such items are sent. Unfortunately larger dinghy & outboard engine packages (2.7m + above boats and 8hp + above engines) also incur a pallet surcharge due to their weight and size. This cannot be added at the checkout, a member of our sales team will contact you with a pallet delivery quote.
General Postage Terms
- Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to a PO Box or hotel addresses
- All deliveries from our courier require a signature and parcels are unable to be left at an address without one
- If you have an order where you have spent over £100 and some of the items are in stock and some are not, please select the fastest delivery option. We will then part ship any items that are in stock to you, with the rest to follow
